Whitney Smith-Johnson
Meet Mrs. Whitney Smith-Johnson, MSW, LCSW the CEO of Your Business CCC llc and non-profit Founder/Director of Daughters of Zion Restoration Inc. She's an author, life coach, therapist, philanthropist, entrepreneur and grant consultant. She is an alumni of Elizabeth City State University and University of New England (MSW), where she studied social work. She has a community development and administrative policies educational background and more than 5 years post graduate work experience as a therapist. Presently, she's a graduate student at Regent University's Law School, where she pursues her Master in Law, with a concentration in business law degree. With her education and work experience she has been able to effectively function in two arenas; business administration & clinical therapy.
Specialties: Reducing depressive symptoms, developing coping skills for anxiety, self esteem building, emotional management during unexpected stressors, and increasing personal and spiritual life growth.
Therapeutic Style: Honest, upfront and uplifting. Her favorite modalities are mindfulness based (MBCT), REBT, strength based and solution focused brief therapy. It's all about mind renewal.

Shanika Smith, CSAC
Shanika Smith is a Qualified Mental Health Professional and a licensed Certified Substance Abuse Counselor by Virginia Board of Counselor and NAADAC (the National Association for Addiction Professional). Shanika earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Service- Counseling, at Old Dominion University, a Master’s Degree at Regent University in Counseling with a focus on Trauma & Grief. Shanika also is a Qualified Mental Health Professional Certification, (children and adults) from the Virginia Board of Counseling, and an accredited Life Coaching Certification from Dreams and Visions ATL-Dr. Lane-Gammell. Shanika is passionate about providing a safe space for those receiving services, that are emotionally unhealthy and needing to release the trauma by supporting and assisting those that struggle with Substance Abuse.
Specialties: Adult Substance Abuse, marital and family counseling, women’s issues, groups, behavioral coaching, trauma and grief.
Therapeutic Style: Her style of techniques is counseling, supportive talk, life skill building & educational support. Mrs. Smith views herself as a road map toward healing by bridging the gap between clients and the resources needed, to guide them towards becoming self- sufficient in maintaining and thriving everyday life.
